- If the issue cannot be resolved, we will offer a replacement key or a full refund.
- You must provide proof of the activation error (e.g., screenshots of the error message).
1.2 Product Not Delivered
- If you do not receive your product key within 24 hours of purchase and our support team cannot resolve the issue, you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
- Before requesting a refund, please check your spam/junk folder and ensure that the email address provided during checkout is correct.
1.3 Duplicate Purchase
- If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us immediately.
- We can either issue a refund for the duplicate order or exchange it for a different product.
1.4 Incorrect Product Purchase
- If you purchased the wrong product and have not activated the key, we may offer an exchange for the correct product.
- Refunds are not available for incorrect purchases if the key has already been used.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not issue refunds in the following cases:
2.1 Activated or Used License Keys
- Once a product key has been activated, it is permanently linked to the device or Microsoft account and cannot be refunded.
- We encourage customers to ensure they are purchasing the correct product before checkout.
2.2 Change of Mind
- Refunds will not be granted if you decide you no longer want the product after purchase.
- All sales are final unless the key is non-functional.

- Refunds are not available for bulk orders unless a significant number of product keys are proven to be defective.
